Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Co-op (July-December 2021) for our Accounting team to be located remotely or at our location in Wilmington MA.

We are dedicated to ensuring our Co-op/Intern population can experience the ability to Grow, Perform, and Succeed during their time on board.

The Corporate Accounting Co-op will be utilized to assist the team in our monthly general ledger close, including processing journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, creating property, plant and equipment review packages and processing cash transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Company policy for a $2 billion global clinical research organization. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to interact with various accounting personnel at various levels of experience and may have the opportunity to assist with updating accounting policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

The following are the minimum requirements related to the Corporate Accounting Co-op position.

  • Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor s in their Junior or Senior year OR Master s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to fulfill a minimum of a 6-month internship between the July-December 2021 time frame
  • Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects
