Job Summary

Provide senior level financial leadership and busines partnering for the Company s Digital Transformation and Global IT organization. Highly visible global role partnering with the Chief Digital and Information Officer to drive the CRL global strategy on the Company s Digital Transformation and associated investments, IT portfolio and all aspects of IT operations. Responsible for establishing and leading business reviews to the CRL executive committee, establishing financial discipline and KPIs, modeling and developing strategic rationale and business cases and guiding the Digital Journey Office and associated investments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Lead with the development of 5-year strategic business plans for the Digital Investment Portfolio and IT organization supporting all aspects of the business requirements
Partner with the business segment leads and financial teams to prepare business cases and financial modeling to determine appropriate project returns and recommendation of investment
Practice busines and operational acumen with active role in advising business leaders and functional department leads by connecting their operational strategies to digital and IT portfolio solutions through measurement of financial outcomes and success metrics
Owns or leads the annual budget and monthly forecast process.
Develop business operational and financial review cadence with the Digital and IT organization
Establish business review overviews, financial reporting and key KPIs to drive accountability into the Digital and IT organization
Advise from time to time on strategic and operating governance decisions regarding the IT organization
Advise on the financial operating model for the IT organization
Advise the IT leadership team on overall operating metrics and goals tracking in order to enable decision making
Manage by influence the IT organization ensuring the technology portfolio appropriately supports the business needs to enable growth
Perform analysis of capital projects, costs profitability, and efficiency of the IT organization, as directed
Manage staff of financial analysts and ensure associated development and deployment to meet organizational goals
Manage other financial projects as directed by the CIO and CFO
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in accounting or related discipline. Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred.

  • Experience:
    Seven to ten years of directly related experience with business partnering and financial planning and analysis .
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Previous experience with an IT company and/or Services related company a plus

Certification/Licensure:
CPA/CFA a plus
