Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with HR, management and key leaders to drive HR programs, supporting work force planning, talent acquisition and talent management. Plan, execute, and manage long term projects applying project management approaches and techniques to ensure consistent delivery and quality.

Ensure that HR related projects are executed on time, on budget for the SA organization
Develop strong, trusting partnerships across the organization
Drive the efficiency of HR operations in collaboration with team
Set strategic priorities:
Helping to identify the areas where the team must direct their focus and identifying metrics for success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress
Work with HR leaders to consolidate and create effective presentation materials for applicable meetings
Create and update dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators
Monitor and measure progress toward the department performance objectives;
Support the creation and execution of action plans to support team achievement of performance objectives
Monitor progress of projects assigned to team members and provide guidance to use of tools and coaching through the appropriate application of project management techniques.
Project manage the HR team to deliver against the People Plans and core HR processes as required, ensuring that the HR team are kept informed and key activities are delivered within deadlines
Incubation of new initiatives as appropriate and then spinning them off to other teams, or winding them down entirely and integrating our findings to future efforts.
Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, manage costs, maximize, and maintain state-of-the-art practices.
Participate in the development and communication of departmental systems, SOPs, policies and procedures.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Human Resources, or related discipline.

Experience:
7-10 years related Human Resources management experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Certification/Licensure:
PHR/SPHR preferred
Other:
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and influence skills. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and PowerBI required. Familiarity with SuccessFactors highly desired. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
