World Travel Holdings is seeking an eCommerce Web Analyst who will be responsible for providing actionable insights in support of ongoing enhancements to WTH's Luxury Villa and Cruise platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to drive ongoing data collection improvement and reporting of eCommerce metrics, and help drive achievement of business strategies by developing a deep understanding of visitor behavior through the conversion funnel across all devices and channels.
Responsibilities:

  • Use your expertise in Google Analytics to conduct analysis and research to identify issues and opportunities in the web experience for WTH s Luxury Villa and Cruise platforms
  • Clearly communicate findings and data to stakeholders verbally and in presentation/written form
  • Create dashboards and reports to enable business leaders to monitor website performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce Product Manager to define performance metrics and reporting needs
  • Support google analytics tagging implementations with engineering and QA teams by defining tracking requirements and participating in QA process
  • Support and administer Google Analytics platform across the enterprise
  • Support A/B testing efforts by estimating sample sizes, administering the test setup, and analyzing results
  • Seek to continuously improve data collection, reporting capabilities and tools to ensure the business is getting key information rapidly and in an actionable form

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree plus 2
    years experience as a web analyst in an eCommerce setting
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Google Analytics Premium in a multi-property environment
  • Knowledge of HTML , Javascript, foundational web technology
  • A/B Testing methodology and Statistical Analysis
  • Understanding of analytics tagging technology implementation
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution and related concepts
  • Skilled at working with and communicating with a diverse set of stakeholders across all departments

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

  • Cognos PowerPlay
  • SQL
  • Travel industry experience
  • Google Big Query and Data Studio
  • Scrum agile product development methodology
