Description
Responsible for characterizing the intrinsic reliability of materials and processes used to manufacture semiconductor products and modules. Knowledge and experience in semiconductor manufacturing, reliability, packaging, and semiconductor failure mechanisms in GaAs required, GaN a positive.
Knowledge in Semiconductor Processing and Semiconductor Materials (GaAs, GaN).
Work duties will include definition and development of future GaAs and GaN technologies needed for new product introduction.
The candidate will interface with advanced product designers and External Foundry engineering partners to define, develop and characterize GaAs and GaN technologies needed for new product introductions.
A knowledge of Failure Mechanisms in Semiconductor Processes needed to develop test/characterization plans.
Qualifications
MS degree with 5 years related Industry experience or BS degree with 10 years related Industry experience.
Knowledge and experience in semiconductor manufacturing, reliability, packaging, and semiconductor failure mechanisms in GaAs required, GaN a positive.
Background in Semiconductor Reliability, Failure Analysis, Processing, or related fields.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
