Master Scheduler
Position works with Program Management and Engineering to develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project. The Master Scheduler ensures the project team's compliance to company scheduling standards, updates the program schedule based on provided status, and works with the Program Managers/Project Engineers to ensure the appropriate resources are applied to the programs.
oDevelop and maintain the program's top level Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
oUpdate the day-to-day program schedules.
oWork with the program team to develop solutions for mitigating schedule risk and achieving program goals and objectives.
oUpload MS Project Schedules, and maintain the MS Server data base.
oTrack engineering workloads and report weekly on program resource requirements to Engineering Managers.
oSupport customer scheduling audits, and report program progress at internal/external program reviews.
oDevelop MS Project/MS Server Standard Procedures.
oAnswer MS Project questions, and assist the Project Engineering Group in the development and maintenance of program schedules.
Technical/Functional skills:Required Skills /
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in MS Project and knowledgeable in MS Server
Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Preferred)
Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:High School or GEDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
