Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance.
Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance.
Ensure timely completion of all p/m's and work orders in your area of responsibility.
Facilitating and coordinating services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks.
Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
Maybe assigned to work independently or part of a multi-trade team.
Overtime required as needed including holidays.
Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.
A.S. in Facilities or Mechanical Eng OR Equivalent work related experience
Mass state Grade 2 wastewater License preferred. Must be obtained within one year of employment
Experience with BMS systems preferred. (Siemens)
Experience in the maintenance and operation of complex building system infrastructure.
Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices.
Must be able to read and interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals and other written materials associated with the trade.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast paced and changing environment.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
