Description: The Production Print Consultant is an outside business-to-business sales professional who is responsible for driving net new business revenues by leveraging the Xerox Production Solutions portfolio. The person in this role must have a solid track record of sales in strategic and/ or major accounts.

Duties: Duties:
-Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectations by successfully integrating solutions into non-production user environments while building loyal customer relationships that result in new, expanded and on- going business.
-Maintains sustained sales activities. Responsible conducting and presenting benchmark analysis, discovery, demonstrations, proposals and value propositions related to the production environments inside of account base. This involves applying a consultative approach to C level and IT contacts using the 360 Selling Process to analyze the customer's business communication requirements, and developing customized solutions for the production space.
-Responsible for driving multiple relationships and pipeline development independently inside accounts as well as working as a product expert for production workflow and solutions
-Actively participates in account-planning sessions by providing an update on the activity in the account, Input/feedback on the sales strategy, offering assistance in identifying opportunities in the account and surface potential issues.
-Manages territory by protecting and increasing a profitable revenue stream within current accounts. This involves participating in account reviews with each account. Each account review is a planned event scheduled and delivered in front of the account. Reviews include but are not limited to evaluating current state, customer satisfaction and completeness of strategy implementation along with next steps in advancing the account.
-Serves as first line of contact with customers responsible to assist in the creation and maintenance of accurate paperwork on each sale. This means that all documents are included at the time of sale for proper order staging and implementation and timely responses to email and voice mail inquiries regarding stated paperwork.
-Maintain prospecting/ customer database (i.e. Soaring) Utilize sales database system to maintain a record of all activities inside of each account. system This involves many varied tasks not limited to daily updates on account activities using the notes and history section, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records on account actions and identifying and recording competitive information on accounts. Full utilization of the account planning tools as well.
-Ensure information is updated daily on accounts in pipeline. Reviews leads, pending orders and lease upgrades, developing action plans to progress each cycle.
-Meet forecasting objectives by keeping timely & accurate forecasts on account assignment by way of weekly/ monthly forecasting accuracy reports
-Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities
-Demonstrates a commitment to the ITS- sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
Qualifications: Industry Experience Requirements:
-4-5 years previous industry sales experience with proven track record of success.
-Proficient with cross functional support of Entry Production Color & black & white.
-Familiar with Digital Print on Demand as well as Transactional printing environments.
-Working knowledge of Integrated Office Solutions
-Strong network skills including connectivity, scanning configuration, etc.
Qualifications:
-Must have a Bachelor-s Degree
-Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
-Ability to travel to different sites and company related functions with short notice
-Ability to sit for extended periods of time at desk, in meetings, etc-
-Valid driver-s license and minimal level of auto insurance coverage required.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs - specifically Excel & PowerPoint
-Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
-Possess ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction - prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
-Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement. Business maturity and acumen is a must.
-Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
-Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levelsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
