15pm $20-$22hr DOE Wave Solder:
o Set up, program, and operate production machinery in the Wave Solder / Selective Solder Area in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. o Read and interpret visual aids and diagrams to select position and secure machinery. o Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. o Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured, ensuring accuracy in work. o Inspect PCBs for solder quality and cleanliness to ensure that process is compliant. o Provide proper Maintenance for all Manufacturing equipment and update records as needed. o Work under the guidance of Process/Manufacturing Engineering. o Assist Manufacturing Engineering in the repair and upkeep of machinery. o Maintain a clean and organized work area. Potting:
o Operate and set-up a machine to manufacture a resin material that protects Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) o Potting of electronic assemblies. o Prepare potting compound when the machine is running low. o Inspect potted assemblies for curing and for porosity. o Perform daily and weekly basic maintenance recommended by manufacturer procedure. EDUCATION:
