, was built on integrityWe believe in honesty, responsibility, and hard workIt is this philosophy that enables us to deliver the best service possible, as well as granting us the privilege of creating long-lasting relationships with our customers and the municipalities that we serve Non-emergency education transportation servicesDriver must be safe and reliable, maintaining a professional and kind demeanor when interacting with monitors and riders Drivers must have a clean driving recordThey must have the ability to get 7D certified and pass a thorough background screening General Funct ion Provide transportation for patients and customers to and from various locations Responsibilities Assist patients from facility or home to chair car either ambulatory or via wheelchair Secure patients in chair car using appropriate safety restraints and straps Transport patients to appointments, registering them at their destination and ensuring patients are properly supervised Provide return transportation for patients after their appointments Complete all necessary paperwork for patient care transportation Provide safe transportation to Special Education Students Maintain all equipment and vehicles in proper working order and cleanliness Qualifications Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED Must 21 years of age or older/monitors can be 16 years or older Must have a valid driver's license for 3 plus years Special Education Drivers must have 7D endorsement Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Must have knowledge of the service area and be able to accurately read a map and/or follow GPS instructions Must pass a CORI and background check Will train for 7D endorsement for ones that qualify Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Must be able to sit or stand for an extended amount of time
