Responsibilities:
Handle incoming service phone calls and contact customers Effectively communicate with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication- whether in person or via phone or email Manage Internet leads & respond to inquiries in a timely fashion Furnish information to customers about their request Maintain an ongoing customer database to build rapport Schedule appointments with interested buyers
Qualifications:
