ABOUT THE ROLEThis position is responsible for serving as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees, and is an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team.
In addition to oversight of the finance function, the CFO has direct responsibility over technology, legal, and facilities functions, providing leadership to these areas in support of the organization's mission.
Additionally, the CFO will drive the development and enhancement of business insights to further organizational objectives and performance excellence.
The CFO will have a holistic understanding of how the organization operates and partners - to help establish and achieve actionable and measurable goals that shape the success of the organization.
This position is considered hybrid with an expectation of being in office a few days per week.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
