30pm The Delivery & Warehouse Coordinatoris responsible for monitoring all delivery requests via email and phone, communicating with all internal and external customers to confirm delivery requests, verifying the order is ready for picking, confirming orders are picked and paid for, and making sure the order is delivered accurately and on time.
The Delivery & Warehouse Coordinator is also responsible for answering all internal and external customer questions regarding delivery status/ETA and answering any questions or concerns from delivery drivers.
The Delivery & Warehouse Coordinator supports warehouse operations and will require work on the warehouse floor assisting with logistics, organization and checking inventory.
Delivery & Warehouse Coordinator Requirements/
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with all methods of communication (phone, email, text, etc.
) Strong customer service skills - every customer is the most important customer of the day Excellent time management skills and a whatever it takes attitude working as a team member Knowledge of geographical region or proficiency with mapping software to achieve efficient delivery routes and approximate timing Ability to meet critical deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and working with PDF/attachments Ability to prioritize daily demands to meet customer requirements Strong problem resolution skills and able to defuse a situation Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment Experience working with an electronic order processing system (Epicor - Solar Eclipse) HVAC industry experience is a plus Why You Should Apply Competitive base pay including year-end bonuses and merit increases!
