We are just off I-93 on the Wilmington/ Reading line for a very easy commute! You will be a nurse supervisor for our Care Managers as well during those hours.
4-10PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday The Wellness Nurse is responsible for monitoring the health and well being of our Residents and provides leadership support and assistance with Resident care and services as delegated by the Director of Resident Care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to overall well being of our Residents, assisting in training and monitoring of Self-Administered Medication and Limited Medication Administration, communication with Resident support services and families, maintain quality assurance by leadership and professonalism as per Federal, State, and Windsor Place standards, policies and regulations while promoting the highest standards of quality care and services for the Residents of Windsor Place.
