This role performs a variety of administrative functions that may include assisting human resources, office & clerical duties, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, and other administrative functions as needed.
Job Duties:
Answer office phones and route calls Process incoming mail Assist with A/R and A/P Order new hire uniforms Order and maintain office supplies Organize and maintain uniform stock room & track uniform inventory Create and maintain employee files Assist with projects and initiatives as needed Assists with new hire orientation Assists Human Resources as needed Maintain quarterly newsletter Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly certifications for field staff Data entry Working Hours:
Our schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:

High School Diploma or GED required MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication Must have a reliable means of transportation Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
